My creative journey began long before I ever called it a career. As a kid growing up in the middle of nowhere, I became obsessed with animation - not just the final product, but the process: the hours of sketching, sequencing, layering emotion into every frame. That behind-the-scenes magic fascinated me. I’d spend days dissecting scenes, reverse-engineering how they were made, frame by frame. What I didn’t realise then was that this obsession with how things work - how stories are told - would become the foundation for everything I’ve done since.

In my teenage years, that love of animation evolved into a passion for video editing. What started as messing around with Sony Vegas and YouTube tutorials turned into a full-fledged calling. I began working on fan edits, short films, YouTube gaming content - anything that allowed me to experiment with timing, rhythm, and emotion. Editing didn’t just become a skill; it became my language.

Whilst earning an Upper Second Class Honours degree in Editing and Post-Production, at Ravensbourne university in London, I developed a professional mastery of industry-standard software: Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, Cinema 4D, Blender, Final Cut Pro, Avid Media Composer, and Logic Pro X. But more importantly, I learned how to build stories that stick - with pacing, tone, and a sharp editorial voice. My degree helped formalise what I’d already been doing instinctively for years: crafting narratives that connect.

In 2018, I expanded into photography - originally as a way to better understand composition and light, but it quickly turned into something bigger. Through mutual friends and creative communities, I started working with artists and creators like James Marriott, The Sidemen, Watsky, and Abstract and so many more. People whose content was shaping online culture in real-time. These weren’t just gigs; they were collaborations, that then turned into friendships. And most of all, masterclasses in understanding the creator economy from the inside.

For years, I was the one behind the scenes - editing videos that racked up millions of views, shooting photos that told stories others would be recognised for. And honestly, I loved it. There’s a kind of quiet satisfaction in building something that works so well, no one notices the stitches. But eventually, something shifted.

I started turning the lens inward - testing out being on camera, not just behind it. It wasn’t an overnight decision; it was more like a slow unfolding. A realisation that after years of helping others find their voice, I was finally ready to use mine.

Since then, things have changed in ways I never expected.

My content has now been viewed over 75 million times across platforms. I’ve found a rhythm and an audience of my own - not by chasing virality, but by being honest, curious, and unafraid to experiment. I bring the same cinematic eye and editorial discipline I’ve always had, now fused with a deeply personal perspective.

In October 2023, I launched BLUPRINT, my own videography and production business. It was a leap - but one I’d been preparing for without realising it. Through BLUPRINT, I’ve had the opportunity to work with global giants like Netflix, Havana Club, and National Geographic, as well as beloved local brands throughout Cornwall such as Rowe’s Bakery. This work has taken me everywhere from Los Angeles and Miami to Paris, Denver, Seattle, and beyond - capturing live events, branded campaigns, documentary shorts, and more.

But no matter where I go or who I work with, one thing stays the same: I’m here to tell stories that matter.

I believe in the power of narrative - not just to entertain, but to connect. Whether I’m filming a music video, building out a brand’s visual identity, or creating vertical content for my social media, I treat every project with care, context, and a deep respect for the people involved.

I’m driven by curiosity. By empathy. By the belief that the right story, told the right way, can change how people see the world - even if just for a moment.

And after a lifetime of watching from behind the scenes, I’m finally ready to be part of the story.
